And while there is a physical difference between her and the scientist, one of her dialogues mentions her being “changed” by merging with the Subterranean Spine in Undercity 9, which could easily explain the differences. Many of her dialogues also express a… disregard for ethical boundaries, as evidenced by her mentioning dissecting you during her terminal interaction as well as one of her assistant lines suggesting that she study you by watching you sleep. Plenty of her dialogues mention an interest in science and discovery, and she’s associated with Illumina, so it’s completely feasible that she is currently or was at one point a scientist for the Illumina federation. But who knows, we will see when she becomes available in the game.I think that this could definitely be Midgard. Im gonna say some hopium or copium in here that I wish her active skill has innate preemptive strike. She’s definitely good on single tiled bosses. but having a knockback utility is always nice and good to have. Some people might not value knockbacks utility compared to other utilities like teleports, etc. Not only those 2 bosses, theres the chess pieces who are also spreadout in the field. There are some bosses, where you need to kill them all the same time, just like shire & shelt, those 2 are pretty tricky to group together, and you can use tohrus knockback skill to group them up. Having to fight many enemies is a huge advantage for tohru since you can stack up a lot of combo’s to further increase her damaging capabilities. She seems pretty strong in the simulation room especially in multi-wave stages where you fight a lot of enemies per wave. She can be used as a general sniper for questing and farming. There are a few cases where I would use her. So where would you use tohru if u happen to get her? She’s basically a sniper with almost detonator damage kit which is designed to deal with 2x2 enemies because her entire kit, her active skill, her chain combo skill and her equipment skill helps her to deal more damage to multi-tile enemies. You can easily gain a lot of combos if you pair her up with sinsa and Charon since those 2 can do diagonal attacks which adds a lot to the number of combos that you can get.Īll-in-all, im hoping that tohru is good since snipers are really overshadowed by detonators and fire has a lot of strong detonators already. So the way her equipment skill works, you need to dish out a lot of combos so you can fully utilize it but the good thing is that theres no restriction to how much increased you can gain "If I am understanding it correctly". jona has 50% splash damage while fleur and tohru has 30% splash damage but take note that tohru's splash damage can be increased by her equipment skill. So the other snipers who has splash damage kit in the game are fleur and jona and tohru beats them both in terms of attack stat. I cannot compare her attack stat to migard and mythos who has the highest attack stat snipers in the game since they are kinda different in a way since tohru has splash damage on her kit. She has a very good high attack stat for a sniper. Even though she has no utility besides the knockback, she looks pretty strong for a sniper. Tohru seems like a very very strong sniper DPS for the fire team. Take note that this is just my 1st impression on her and nothing is final so take whatever I says here with a big grain of salt. Today, we got the skill reveal of tohru, one of the dragon maid collab units and here is my 1st impression on that.
